At SpellingKids, we believe that every student deserves access to world-class study tools — built on real science, not just memorization. SpellingKids was created to give Grades 3–9 students a genuine competitive edge in spelling bee competitions by harnessing the power of spaced repetition.
We combine cutting-edge learning algorithms with a simple, beautiful interface so that students spend less time stressing and more time actually learning — 10–15 minutes a day is all it takes to build a vocabulary that lasts.
SpellingKids started when a parent watched their child spend hours writing out the same words repeatedly — with little to show for it on competition day. The problem wasn't effort. It was method. Traditional rote learning fights against how our brains actually retain information.
We built SpellingKids around spaced repetition science — the same technique used by medical students, language learners, and memory champions worldwide.
